Kalrecent is a paladin of Lothian.  You first met him in the meeting with Brother Heth where you turned over some of your chaositech items.   Kalrecent took them away in a sealed lead box.

You later encountered the paladin in the Banewarrens, where you rescued him and claimed the reward for his safe return.
