House Vladaam -- the Vladaam family -- are one of the oldest noble houses in the city.  They can trace their origins back to the city's founding.   While not a crime family like the Balacazars, they are known as a family to be feared, and involve themselves in various ignoble businesses and practices.  Their influence may be waning over time, which might make them more dangerous as they look to ways to be prosperous and influential again.

They are Teifling-decended, and most (though not all) have Tiefling features.

The father, Iristul, is a known collector of artifacts, by any means - purchase, theft, bribery, or black market.   He is often away from the city, leaving power-hungry daughter Navanna in charge.
